Coconut Ice Snowballs


This is a no cook recipe, done in minutes kinda receipe.

Collect it: 
·      2 cups (+ a bit more) unsweetened desiccated coconut
·     ½ cup icing sugar
·     200 gms condensed milk
·     Food colours


Make it:

MIX icing sugar and desiccated coconut in a big bowl. To this add condensed milk and mix to form a dough.

DEPENDING ON THE COLOURS YOU WANT, divide the dough into 3 / 4 equal portions. I used four colours. Use one portion at a time to colour.

ADD just a wee bit of colour to one small bit of the portion. Knead into the rest of the dough. You can another drop of colour if you need a darker shade but these look best pastel.
 
REPEAT for the rest of the colours for the remaining dough.

Depending on the size you want, use a teaspoon or tablespoon.

SCOOP out the dough and roll into smooth round balls.

PLACE desiccated coconut in a plate and drop each ball. Make sure the ball is coated with desiccated coconut. Do this for the rest.

STORE in a cool place for a week.
