Recheado Beef cutlets
Collect
it

500 gms mince (I used beef. But
you can use chicken or mutton)
·
1 medium onion finely chopped
·
7 cloves garlic grated
·
2” ginger grated
·
1 medium tomato reseeded and
finely chopped
·
1/4 cup coriander leaves
chopped
·
2 tbsp lemon juice
·
3 tbsp Recheado masala
·
1 whisked egg
·
Salt to taste
·
egg whisked as egg wash
·
Semolina to coat
·
Oil to fry
Make it
MIX all ingredients together except the ingredients
for frying.
MARINATE for a minimum of 2
hours.
SHAPE the cutlets as desired. Dip it in the
egg wash and coat well in semolina.
FRY on a medium low heat till golden.
Serve hot.
