Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Here's something healthy, super simple and easy to whip out practically at the 11th hour. Enjoy

Collect it: 

2 avocados
1/4 cup vegan milk of your choice: almond, cashew, soy (I used almond milk)
1/2 cup honey (I used Manuka honey) / maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey's)
a dash of salt


Make it:

BLEND all the ingredients together until smooth
SCOOP it in decorative glasses
GARNISH as you wish.
