Spinach Bhaji

A simple recipe sure to give you the strength of Popeye!

Collect it:
·          2 bunches of spinach, washed and cut fine
·          1 onion, chopped fine
·          1 tomato chopped fine
·          3 green chillies, slit
·          1/4 cup of  red masoor dal split soaked in hot water for at least an hour
·          1/2 tsp turmeric powder
·          1 tsp chillie powder
·          1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
·          1 tbsp oil
·          Salt as per taste

Make it:

In a Frying pan heat oil.

Add the onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger/ garlic paste, turmeric and chillie powder and Salt and sauté till the Onion and tomato go soft.

Add the Dal and sauté for some time. Finally add the chopped Spinach and stir fry for a bit and take off the flame and it’s done.
