Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona Coffee made waves on social media. I didn’t
want to be left behind. Social media
trends don’t fascinate me but with the lockdown anything is good enough to keep
me occupied. This “frothy” or “creamy” coffee is a fun way of jazzing up your
ordinary instant coffee.

Collect it:

1 tbsp
coffee
·
1 tbsp
hot water
·
1 tbsp
sugar
·
1/2 cup
Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
·
Pinch of cinnamon powder
(optional)
Make it:
Combine all
ingredients into a bowl and whisk for 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form. You can do this by hand but an egg beater is
a far efficient and quicker way of getting this done. But if you insist on the
exercise, go for it.
Spoon the whipped
mixture into a glass of milk of your choice. You can use hot or cold milk.
You could jazz it
up with a pinch of cinnamon
